Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) Recently, with the approval of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, the Hunan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision investigated Hong Xin, former member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Hunan Airport Management Group Co., Ltd., for serious violations of discipline and law.
The investigation revealed that Hong Xin had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspirations and mission, was disloyal and dishonest to the organization, colluded with others to obstruct the investigation, disregarded the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, and accepted gifts that could influence the impartial performance of his official duties; he sought official positions through improper means, concealed personal matters, and failed to uphold integrity by owning shares in non-listed companies; he gave money to state personnel to obtain improper benefits; and he abused his position to seek benefits for others, illegally accepting money and property from them.
Hong Xin seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, and integrity discipline, constituting serious job-related violations and suspected of bribery and accepting bribes. Moreover, he did not restrain himself after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, demonstrating the egregious nature and serious circumstances of his actions, warranting severe punishment. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China", the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China", and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Sanctions for Public Officials", and upon approval by the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, it was decided to expel Hong Xin from the Party; cancel his retirement benefits as stipulated; confiscate his illegal gains; and transfer his suspected criminal case to the procuratorial organ for investigation and prosecution in accordance with the law, with all related assets transferred as well.
