Regarding the Municipal CDC, the Hanoi Municipal Department of Health requires it to proactively track and update the global Hantavirus epidemic situation, providing decision-making reference for the Department of Health to formulate scientific and precise epidemic prevention measures; at the same time, it requires strengthening health monitoring of inbound and transit passengers at Noi Bai International Airport to ensure early detection of confirmed or suspected cases and immediate isolation and treatment at the port. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the quarantine monitoring of means of transport and goods, accurately identify carriers or suspected carriers of Hantavirus pathogens and transmission vectors; strictly implement port rodent monitoring and control work in accordance with the guidance of the Ministry of Health, and regularly conduct professional training for port infectious disease control personnel and medical quarantine officers to improve emergency response capabilities.

The department is also required to strictly adhere to the principles of "early diagnosis, timely isolation, and active treatment," optimize admission procedures, and minimize the risk of severe illness and death. Simultaneously, infection control management for patients and their caregivers within medical institutions must be strengthened to prevent cross-infection. Furthermore, specialized training must be organized for medical personnel, focusing on improving their skills in the diagnosis, nursing, treatment, emergency care, and intensive care of Hantavirus infection cases.
