  In recent days, the streets and alleys of the capital, Hanoi, have been filled with a festive atmosphere, with national flags, colorful banners, and propaganda boards and posters creating a vibrant scene in anticipation of election day.

  To ensure voters can easily exercise their civic rights, several historical and cultural sites in downtown Hanoi have been designated as polling stations. At the site of No. 48 Hang Heng Street, where President Ho Chi Minh drafted the Declaration of Independence, election preparations are proceeding meticulously, and approximately 99% is currently complete.

  Selecting historical and cultural sites as polling stations organically combines political tasks with the protection and promotion of traditional culture.
