According to the Gansu Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Chen Tianxiong, former member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the Gansu Provincial Higher People's Court, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He has voluntarily surrendered himself to the authorities and is currently under disciplinary review and supervisory investigation by the Gansu Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
Chen Tianxiong, former vice president of the Gansu Provincial Higher People's Court, is under investigation.
