越南驻老挝大使馆人员、越南驻老机构、老挝越南人协会、万象越南人协会以及众多信教群众参加。
盂兰盆节一年一度在佛迹寺举行，旨在保持旅居老挝越南人的文化传统，也是信教群众感谢父母给予的养育之恩的机会。
