Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – Israeli Defense Minister Katz and Finance Minister Smotrih announced a series of security cabinet decisions on the 8th local time, aimed at strengthening Israeli control over the West Bank.

According to reports from *The Times of Israel* and the Associated Press, the approved measures require the publication of land registration records in the West Bank. This means that property listings will be made public, allowing potential buyers to identify landowners and contact them for purchase.

The announced measures also include lifting the legal clauses prohibiting the sale of West Bank land to Israeli Jews and transferring the planning rights for construction in the southern West Bank city of Hebron to the Israeli authorities.

According to the Palestinian News Agency, the Palestinian Presidential Palace strongly condemned these decisions, considering them a continuation of the Israeli government's all-out war against the Palestinians.

The Palestinian Presidential Palace called on the international community, particularly the UN Security Council and the US government, to intervene immediately and take decisive action to stop Israel's dangerous decisions, stating that these decisions threaten all international efforts to de-escalate tensions in the region and prevent further escalation.

According to Turkey's Anadolu Agency, Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasim stated that Israel's actions constitute a "real existential threat." He called on Palestinians to unite and take nationwide action against Israel's aggressive policies.

According to Jordan's Al-Rabbi newspaper on the 8th, the Jordanian Foreign Ministry also condemned Israel's move.

According to Reuters and CNN, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu will visit Washington this week to meet with US President Trump. Reports indicate that Trump has ruled out the possibility of Israel annexing the West Bank, but the US government has not yet sought to curb Israel's accelerated settlement construction in the region.

Israel occupied East Jerusalem and parts of the West Bank during the 1967 Six-Day War and has been building Jewish settlements. For a long time, the Israeli military has imposed restrictions on the activities and movement of Palestinians, drawing strong opposition from the Palestinian side. (End)
