Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – On the 17th local time, the Airports Authority of Pakistan issued a new NOTAM stating that all aircraft registered in India, including commercial passenger planes, military aircraft, and private planes, remain prohibited from entering Pakistani airspace until midnight on January 23, 2026.
In April of this year, tensions between Pakistan and India escalated. Pakistan began closing its airspace to India in late April and has since issued multiple NOTAMs, continuously extending the closure period.
