Data shows that from January to October, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size in the Chengdu Metropolitan Area increased by 7.5% year-on-year, 1.7 percentage points higher than the provincial average.
Regarding fixed asset investment, fixed asset investment in the Chengdu Metropolitan Area increased by 2.1% year-on-year, 2.6 percentage points higher than the provincial average.
Regarding the consumer goods market, from January to October, the total retail sales of consumer goods in the Chengdu Metropolitan Area reached 1,140.07 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.7%, accounting for 47.5% of the province's total. Among them, Chengdu's total retail sales of consumer goods reached 946.96 billion yuan, an increase of 7.0%, accounting for 83.1% of the total retail sales of consumer goods in the four cities of Chengdu, Deyang, Meishan, and Ziyang; Deyang, Meishan, and Ziyang's total retail sales of consumer goods reached 96.5 billion yuan, 61.35 billion yuan, and 35.26 billion yuan respectively, representing increases of 5.2%, 6.6%, and 3.8% respectively.
In terms of fiscal revenue and expenditure, from January to October, the Chengdu Metropolitan Area's general public budget revenue was 194.5 billion yuan, and its general public budget expenditure was 280.62 billion yuan. Among them, Chengdu's general public budget revenue was 156.93 billion yuan, and its general public budget expenditure was 201.62 billion yuan, accounting for 80.7% and 71.8% of the total revenue of the four cities of Chengdu, Deyang, Meishan, and Ziyang, respectively. Deyang, Meishan, and Ziyang's general public budget revenue was 17.85 billion yuan, 13.85 billion yuan, and 5.87 billion yuan, respectively, while their general public budget expenditures were 33.88 billion yuan, 25.11 billion yuan, and 20.01 billion yuan, respectively.
