Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – On the 28th, it was learned from the Eighth Company of China Railway Tenth Bureau Group Co., Ltd. that the track laying of the Xiong'an-Shangqiu section of the Beijing-Hong Kong High-Speed Railway (hereinafter referred to as the "Xiong'an-Shangqiu section") in Shandong Province, constructed by the company, has been successfully completed. This marks the official shift of track laying construction from Shandong to Shangqiu, Henan Province, and the Xiong'an-Shangqiu section has fully entered the final sprint stage of track laying, laying the foundation for the completion of track laying along the entire line by the end of this year.
The track laying operation of the Xiong'an-Shangqiu section passes through eight stations, including Liaocheng, Heze East, and Yuncheng. Since the start of the project, the Yuncheng track laying base has been operating continuously for 88 days, adopting a simultaneous "direct laying + side laying" approach, and has completed a total of 532 kilometers of mainline track laying, accounting for 93% of the total track laying volume, achieving a breakthrough in key milestones.
To ensure project progress, the construction team scientifically coordinated efforts, adhering to key milestones. By integrating self-built industrial worker teams and innovating a "company + collaborating teams + temporary labor" mechanism, they optimized construction processes, creating a highly efficient operating system where "professionals do professional work." Specialized task forces were established to develop detailed solutions for technical challenges such as traversing complex terrain and high-altitude, water-adjacent work on the Yellow River bridge, ensuring track-laying accuracy and quality. Simultaneously, strict safety controls were maintained throughout the entire process. Measures such as pre-shift briefings, hazard inspections, and rigorous control of long rail transportation and laying risks resulted in zero accidents and zero defects throughout the track-laying process.
The project also leveraged intelligent equipment to improve efficiency. The intelligent multi-crane system at the Yuncheng track-laying base can automatically perform rail clamping and derailment operations. Combined with Dongfeng diesel locomotives and an intelligent train dispatching and management system, real-time monitoring of the construction status was achieved, significantly improving the standardization of operations.
As an important component of the Beijing-Hong Kong corridor in China's "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" high-speed rail network, the Xiongshang section, upon completion and opening to traffic, will improve the rail transit network in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Central Plains, and South China, shorten regional travel time, support the development of Xiong'an New Area into a modern transportation hub, promote industrial linkage and resource sharing along the line, and inject strong momentum into the high-quality economic and social development of the region.
