In his speech, Huang Guosheng, President of the China Food News, stated that by 2025, my country's ranking in the World Intellectual Property Organization's Global Innovation Index report will enter the top 10 for the first time, and the number of its top 100 global science and technology clusters has ranked first among all countries for three consecutive years. my country's intellectual property power construction index has steadily improved, reaching 131.8 points, an increase of 6.3 points from the previous year; the average score of the regional intellectual property development index has continued to rise, reaching 81.73 points, with Guangdong, Shanghai, Beijing, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu ranking among the top in the country in terms of intellectual property development.
Chen Jinchuan, a national expert in judicial practice and an arbitrator at the World Intellectual Property Organization, stated that intellectual property is the institutional cornerstone and legal guarantee for innovative development. The newly launched "Intellectual Property Shield Plan" focuses on intellectual property risk prevention, legal aid, and value realization.
At the meeting, Zhongshi Zhilian (Beijing) Culture Media Co., Ltd. and Blue Universe Digital Technology Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement. Ji Wanqi, an intellectual property expert from Beijing Zhuohui Law Firm, in his presentation "Building an Intellectual Property Rights Protection Shield to Safeguard the Development of the Food Industry," pointed out that intellectual property protection is crucial for the long-term development of the food industry.
