It is understood that the closing time of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam was brought forward from the originally scheduled 25th to the 23rd. This performance was both a celebration of the successful conclusion of the Congress and a heartfelt tribute to the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Party[3]. At the My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi, a special art performance entitled "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" was grandly staged. General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam and other Party and state leaders, along with many people, attended the performance. In his opening address, Hanoi Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc stated that the gala was an important opportunity for Party members, cadres, and the people to express their unwavering loyalty to the Party, commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, revolutionary predecessors, and compatriots who sacrificed their lives. He also pointed out that the successful conclusion of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam would inspire all sectors of the capital to promote reform and innovation with pioneering and exemplary spirit, building a more civilized and modern capital.

The gala was meticulously choreographed, centered on the theme of "New Vision—New Miracle—New Era," and divided into three parts. It brought together Vietnam's top artists and professional performers, combining modern performance techniques to create a grand, solemn, and captivating atmosphere. The gala concluded with a spectacular fireworks display, illuminating the night sky and symbolizing the celebration of the Congress's success and the beginning of a new era of development for Vietnam.

On the same evening, a similar cultural gala was also held in Hoa Lu Ward and Hoa Lu Ancient Street in Ninh Binh province. The gala, presented by artists from the Ninh Binh Provincial Traditional Arts Theatre, featured 18 meticulously choreographed programs. These programs blended traditional and contemporary art forms, including satire, blind ballads, vernacular music, and saxophone performances. The content focused on praising the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh, expressing love for their hometown and homeland, and showcasing the revolutionary traditions and natural beauty of Ninh Binh province.

This joint cultural performance by the two regions not only demonstrated the unwavering faith of the entire Party, the people, and the army in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, but also further inspired the spirit of striving among Party members, cadres, and the people,凝聚ing a powerful force for resolutely implementing the resolutions of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam and promoting national development. The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, a crucial meeting at a critical juncture in Vietnam's march towards its 100th anniversary, has successfully pointed the way for Vietnam's future development.
