It is understood that the closing time of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam was brought forward from the originally scheduled 25th to the 23rd. This performance was both a celebration of the successful conclusion of the Congress and a heartfelt tribute to the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Party[3]. At the My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi, a special art performance entitled "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" was grandly staged. On the same evening, a similar cultural gala was also held in Hoa Lu Ward and Hoa Lu Ancient Street in Ninh Binh province. The gala, presented by artists from the Ninh Binh Provincial Traditional Arts Theatre, featured 18 meticulously choreographed programs. These programs blended traditional and contemporary art forms, including satire, blind ballads, vernacular music, and saxophone performances. The content focused on praising the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh, expressing love for their hometown and homeland, and showcasing the revolutionary traditions and natural beauty of Ninh Binh province.
