The Communist Party of the Russian Federation stated that the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam is of great significance, comprehensively summarizing the achievements of the Communist Party of Vietnam in governance; it praised Vietnam under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam for steadily implementing the resolutions of the Congress, adhering to principles in domestic and foreign affairs, and being innovative, and expressed its willingness to continue to deepen cooperation between the two parties.
The United Russia Party pointed out that the Communist Party of Vietnam is the core of leadership of the Vietnamese state and society, and its decisions have enhanced Vietnam's international status and maintained stability in the Asia-Pacific region; it emphasized that cooperation between the two parties is an important component of the Vietnam-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership, and hoped to further deepen dialogue and cooperation to benefit the two nations.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) stated that the long-term cooperation between the two parties has made tangible contributions to enhancing mutual trust between India and Vietnam and promoting bilateral cooperation, and firmly believes that the Congress will point the way for Vietnam's development and help improve people's livelihoods.
The Communist Party of the United States stated that the long-term dedication of the Communist Party of Vietnam and its people continues to inspire the global communist movement and working people, and expressed its willingness to strengthen bilateral relations after the congress's conclusion, working together to advance the cause of peace, socialism, and international solidarity.
The Communist Party of Japan believes the congress will inject new impetus into Vietnam's nation-building and looks forward to Vietnam continuing to play an active role in the cause of international peace, progress, and sustainable development. The Communist Party of France pledged to strengthen friendly cooperation with the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnamese people.
