Specifically, starting from 00:00 on July 8, the operation of buses, taxis, chartered buses, tourist buses, and fixed-route buses from Hanoi to 14 provinces and cities, including Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Dak Lak, Quang Ngai, Quang Nam, Da Nang, Thua Thien Hue, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, and Ha Nam, will be suspended (except for chartered buses carrying experts, officials, and workers from government agencies, industrial zones, and export processing zones).
