At the meeting, Nguyen Quang Huy suggested that both sides continue and expand exchanges among young officers, providing them with more opportunities to share military and defense experience and enhance understanding, connection, and trust. He also recommended strengthening education and outreach to ensure that officers, soldiers, young officers, and the public recognize the importance of strengthening the special solidarity between the two countries, and to enhance the professional capabilities of young officers in areas such as military medicine, military technology, cybersecurity, information technology, and digital transformation.
In his remarks, Fernando Quevelle Loyola stated that this visit and symposium provided young officers from both countries with a special opportunity for exchange that transcends borders, languages, and generations, demonstrating that the relationship between the two countries is not only rooted in tradition but also looks to the future.
