The route alignment conforms to the "Adjustment Plan for the Hanoi Capital Master Plan to 2045 and Via 2065," the "Hanoi Transport Plan to 2030 and Via 2050," and the "Overall Development Plan for the Former My Duc and Üng Hoa Districts."
The Le Thanh Bridge is a Class III engineering project; the roads at both ends of the bridge are Class III roads in the plains area. The bridge's standard cross-section is 21 meters wide, including a 20-meter bridge deck and 0.5-meter guardrails on each side. The bridge is approximately 320 meters long, with a navigable clearance of approximately 241 meters.
The bridge approach roads also have a standard cross-section of 21 meters, including a 2×7.5-meter two-way carriageway (4 lanes in total) and 3-meter shoulders on each side. The total length of the approach roads is approximately 2.3 kilometers.
The Hanoi City People's Committee has requested the Hong Son Commune People's Committee to publicly release the approved route plan information so that relevant organizations and individuals are aware of and can implement it. The route plan information must also be submitted to the Van Dinh Commune People's Committee. Furthermore, boundary demarcation and marker erection must be carried out concurrently during the project implementation phase. (End)
