Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) Recently, special police from Vientiane Provincial Police, in conjunction with officers from Phrom Hong District, conducted an operation to raid a drug manufacturing den located in Ai Sang Village, Phrom Hong District, Vientiane Province. Four suspects were successfully apprehended: Ms. Cai He, the property owner and drug manufacturer; Mr. Long Luo and Mr. Tai Luo, workers; and Ms. Cai He's son, Mr. Tu Luo.
The search yielded a batch of intermediates, equipment, mixing tools, and vehicles used for methamphetamine production. Specifically, the seized items included: a large methamphetamine processing plant; two grinding machines, 54 grinding wheels, two barrels, two pump heads, and other production equipment; 32 kg of red powder, 1.9 kg of granular methamphetamine, 2.2 kg of methamphetamine, 259 vials of over-the-counter methamphetamine, 1.5 kg of white powder, and other drugs and precursor chemicals; and a white Toyota Livo pickup truck with license plate number KP 3009.
Preliminary investigations show that Ms. Shag confessed that the methamphetamine processing plant, related equipment, and mixing tools involved in the case belonged to Mr. Saiyan, and that Mr. Saiyan had purchased methamphetamine from Mr. Vian for mixing and processing.
