This grand industry event showcasing the "King of Geese" and its vibrant "billion-yuan industry" presented a comprehensive picture of its culinary achievements, vividly demonstrating the implementation of Guangdong's "Hundred-Thousand-Ten-Thousand Project" and the "Guangdong Goods Go Global" spring campaign.

  Reporters learned at the conference that the total output value of the Shantou Lion Head Goose industry chain has exceeded 10 billion yuan. The conference released the "Ten Initiatives for High-Quality Development of the Lion Head Goose Industry" and a list of partner restaurants offering "Lion Head Goose Banquet Delicacies." It also officially launched the "Media+" initiative to empower the high-quality development of the Shantou Lion Head Goose industry, inviting celebrities and influencers to serve as global Lion Head Goose promotion ambassadors and Chaoshan braised goose recommenders, accelerating the branding, digitalization, and internationalization of the Lion Head Goose industry.

  The conference actively responded to the "Guangdong Goods Go Global" spring campaign, promoting the high-quality development of the Lion Head Goose industry. It included a series of activities such as industrial collaboration, brand promotion, and cultural exchange. An exhibition showcasing the achievements of the Shantou Lion Head Goose industry was set up, displaying the entire chain from breed protection, breeding and hatching, meat goose farming, feed and veterinary medicine, slaughtering and processing, braising, catering services, and chilled delivery.   On January 16th, the "Guangdong New Year's Flavor Shared by the World"—Invite to Guangdong for the Chinese New Year event—opened at Zhenbang Food Street in Shantou. More than 100 international guests from 30 countries, including the UK, USA, Germany, and Russia, gathered in Shantou to enjoy the delicious Chaoshan New Year's feast, vividly illustrating the multicultural concept of "a New Year's Eve dinner shared by the world."
