  Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – At 7:50 AM on April 28, 2025, a fire broke out at a factory in Kandal district, Phnom Penh, injuring four workers.

  Upon receiving the fire alarm, the fire department quickly dispatched 14 fire trucks to the scene. After nearly an hour of effort, the fire was successfully extinguished.

  It is reported that the fire injured four factory workers, including three women. Two of the more seriously injured workers were rushed to the Kosma China-Cambodia Friendship Hospital for further treatment.

  Preliminary investigations suggest that the fire was caused by an explosion of a weighing mixer within the factory. Currently, relevant departments are conducting further investigations into the specific cause of the fire and the extent of the damage.
