According to police reports, the incident occurred at 2:52 PM on February 15th in the Phsar Leu Thom Tmey market in Siem Reap Province. At the time of the incident, the suspect, armed with a hammer, broke into a gold shop, violently threatened the shop owner, and stole three pieces of gold jewelry.
