Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – Following its initial delivery of multiple batches of relief supplies and hot meals to the Tai Po fire site in Hong Kong, JD.com announced on November 28th that it will provide additional supplies worth over 30 million RMB specifically for disaster relief, reconstruction, and livelihood support following the Tai Po fire.

After the fire, JD.com immediately established a special task force and allocated resources, becoming the first to deliver relief supplies to the scene that evening. Simultaneously, it mobilized nearly 100 employees from JD.com's Jiabao Supermarkets and JD Logistics delivery personnel in Hong Kong to organize the transportation of emergency relief supplies and deliver hot meals to shelters, providing services to the best of its ability.

The additional supplies will cover emergency living items currently needed by affected residents, as well as home renovation and reconstruction goods. The list of required supplies will be delivered to local governments and residents as quickly as possible through JD.com's supply chain system, based on actual needs and the reconstruction progress.

Since the fire, under the guidance of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong, JD.com has maintained close communication with the Hong Kong SAR Government. Moving forward, JD.com will continue to monitor the progress of post-disaster recovery, dynamically optimize its support plans, and leverage its supply chain capabilities to help the affected areas restore normalcy as quickly as possible, working hand in hand with local people to hope for a return to normalcy.
