Through paired assistance, cultural integration, and precise services, the district promoted the deep integration of ethnic unity and progress work into the development of central state-owned enterprises.
Recently, the first "Ideological Soul Building, Heart-to-Heart Lecture Hall" special event on strengthening the sense of community of the Chinese nation, focusing on central state-owned enterprises, was held at Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd. Professor Jiang Lianhua from the Shanghai Academy of Socialism was invited to give a special lecture, systematically explaining the core meaning and contemporary value of "strengthening the sense of community of the Chinese nation." More than 100 enterprise leaders and employee representatives participated in the learning, marking the official launch of Chongming District's special training program for the four major central state-owned enterprises in the Changxing area.
Previously, Chongming District had already held the "Pomegranate Red" cultural exchange performance to promote emotional integration among employees of all ethnic groups. Next, the District Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau will work with relevant departments to carry out a series of training programs entitled "Empowering Growth and Warmly Caring for Children," covering topics such as mental health, family relationships, the application of the national common language and script, and anti-fraud publicity. These programs will provide precise services to meet the needs of employees of central state-owned enterprises and their families, and actively create a positive environment for co-living, co-learning, co-building, co-sharing, and co-working and co-enjoying life.
