Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – The Shanghai Global Innovative Medical Device Exhibition and Training Center (hereinafter referred to as the Exhibition and Training Center) was unveiled on the 3rd, aiming to create an international service platform covering the entire life cycle of medical device innovation and build a complete innovation ecosystem for the biopharmaceutical industry.

It is understood that, relying on approximately 19,000 square meters of modern exhibition space, the Exhibition and Training Center will actively attract global innovative medical devices to make their "first appearance" in Shanghai.

Zhao Dandan, Party Secretary of the Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center, told reporters on the same day that the Exhibition and Training Center aims to create a market-oriented platform integrating international comprehensive display, professional clinical training, integrated transaction promotion and services, providing a "showcase window" and "accelerator" for innovative products from Chinese and foreign companies to enter Shanghai and radiate throughout the country. It is understood that the Exhibition and Training Center will systematically carry out professional talent training and technical exchange activities to promote the precise matching of innovative achievements with clinical needs.

On the same day, ten leading Chinese and foreign companies showcased cutting-edge imaging equipment, surgical robots, intelligent diagnostic systems, and other innovative products.

The exhibition and training center focuses on building a supply and demand matching platform, integrating one-stop functions such as proof-of-concept, cross-border transactions, and commercial services to construct a service chain covering the entire lifecycle of medical device innovation. The center will promote the transition of innovative products from demonstration to application, reduce enterprise innovation costs, accelerate technological iteration, and help form a virtuous cycle of "clinical demand-driven—medical-engineering collaborative research—efficient transformation of results."

It is understood that in the future, the center will further strengthen its three core functions, enhance its capacity for industrial innovation, promote the deep integration of clinical needs, technology research and development, and industrial transformation, and accelerate the application of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, new materials, and advanced processes in the medical device field.
