Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – With the approval of the Qinghai Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Qinghai Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has filed a case for investigation into the serious disciplinary and legal violations of Huang Guojun, former Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Haidong Industrial Park.
The investigation revealed that Huang Guojun, as a leading Party cadre, had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspirations and mission, showed no respect for the law, and disregarded all disciplinary and legal boundaries. He was disloyal and dishonest to the Party, and deliberately resisted organizational review. He disregarded the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, illegally accepted gifts and money, failed to uphold integrity, and condoned and acquiesced to his relatives using his position to seek personal gain. He accepted banquets and accommodations that could affect the impartial performance of his duties. He failed to properly perform his duties, causing significant losses to state-owned assets. He had an improper work style, pursued low-level interests, and was addicted to gambling. He abused his power, turning public power into a tool for personal gain, using his position to benefit others in project contracting and other areas, and illegally accepted huge amounts of money.
Huang Guojun seriously violated the Party's political discipline, integrity discipline, work discipline, and lifestyle discipline, constituting serious job-related violations and suspected bribery crimes. Moreover, he did not restrain himself after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, making his actions serious in nature and having a negative impact, warranting severe punishment. Based on the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Sanctions for Public Officials," after deliberation by the Standing Committee of the Qinghai Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and approval by the Qinghai Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, it was decided to expel Huang Guojun from the Party; cancel his benefits as stipulated; confiscate his illegal gains; and transfer his suspected crimes to the procuratorial organs for investigation and prosecution according to law, with all related assets transferred as well.
