In November, Hanoi's tourism continued its steady growth trend, with significant increases in tourist numbers, revenue, and accommodation occupancy rates.
The simultaneous advancement of new tourism product development, diversified tourist destination construction, and domestic and international promotional cooperation has contributed to the continued popularity of the capital's tourism market in the final quarter of this year.
A report from the Hanoi Department of Tourism shows that in November 2025, Hanoi received 2.5 million tourists, a year-on-year increase of 14.7%; of which 851,100 were international tourists, an increase of 25%, and 1.65 million were domestic tourists, an increase of 10%. Total tourism revenue is projected to reach VND 11.36 trillion, a year-on-year increase of 18.4%.
In the first 11 months of this year, Hanoi received a total of 30.94 million tourists, a year-on-year increase of 22.1%, generating tourism revenue of VND 120.06 trillion, a year-on-year increase of 20.7%.
This growth is driven by the increasing attractiveness of the Hanoi market, thanks to the continuous updating of its tourism products, services, and activity network. Tourism activities in Hanoi were particularly vibrant at the end of the year, fueled by a variety of festivals, cultural experiences, and extensive promotional activities. (End)
