Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – According to a report by a Vietnam News Agency correspondent in Russia, Russian travel companies stated that recent tour bookings to Vietnam have not decreased despite severe weather in several provinces and cities, indicating that Vietnam remains a popular destination for Russian tourists.

Anara Uralova, General Manager of One Click Travel, stated that the company sent a large number of clients to Nha Trang. According to tourists' assessments, the situation in downtown Nha Trang remains stable, tourism infrastructure is operating normally, and accommodation facilities continue to accommodate tourists.

Uralova pointed out that the company has adjusted tour itineraries: some itineraries have been temporarily rescheduled or changed due to tourist safety and comfort reasons. Some tourists planning to travel did inquire about the recent flooding situation in Nha Trang, but there have been no significant fluctuations or large-scale cancellations of room bookings. Meanwhile, Artur Muradyan, Executive Director of Space Travel, also stated that the weather has had little impact on the resort area. Besides the popular destination of Nha Trang, Russian tourists are turning to other regions such as Phu Quoc and Phanchee for winter travel.

According to a previous report by the Russian Tourism Association (RTI), Vietnam ranked among the top in package tour sales for several travel companies in 2025. Popular hotels were already fully booked for the New Year's holiday. Data from the Russian Federal Security Service's border service shows that the number of tourists visiting Vietnam in the first nine months of 2025 has increased fivefold, from 20,600 to 153,000.
