The delegation was led by Vanoktra Lakhnus, Secretary General of the Party Central Committee's Propaganda and Training Committee, and Somsak Sakunkham, Deputy Director of the Media Department of the Party Central Committee's Propaganda and Training Committee. Relevant personnel from Phubia Mining warmly received and accompanied the delegation.
The purpose of this visit was to gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall implementation of the mining project, with a focus on investigating the project's achievements in economic benefits, safe production, environmental protection, and social performance.
Vajan, head of the gold and silver production control room, stated in a media interview that the gold and silver production control room is the core management department for the mine's production and operation, mainly responsible for coordinating with the production site, organizing the transfer of ore into the plant, and other tasks. The entire production process, especially the transportation and production systems, is intelligently managed by a computer system, and all aspects of ore transportation and operating vehicles are equipped with surveillance cameras for real-time monitoring.
To address driver fatigue, the intelligent system automatically issues warnings and simultaneously pushes the information to the control center, allowing on-site management personnel to promptly arrange driver replacements and minimize safety risks. In addition, the project has established a landslide monitoring system, implementing comprehensive video surveillance of all work units, and operating on a 24-hour shift system to comprehensively ensure production quality and operational safety.
It is understood that the gold and silver mine's beneficiation plant officially commenced production in 2012, employing the open-pit mining method commonly used in the mining industry. After the ore is transported to the processing plant, it undergoes processing through a carbon dioxide capture system and gravity separators, achieving standardized production operations.
