It will contribute to the international community's joint efforts in addressing climate change, digital transformation, and technological innovation; and promote green transformation strategies committed to the Sustainable Development Goals at the national, regional, and global levels. Pham Minh Chinh congratulated the Lao government on its numerous achievements in political security, socio-economic development, culture, and education, as well as on Laos's rising prestige and status in the region and internationally. Songsay expressed his excitement at Vietnam's state funeral for the late former Lao President Khamthay Siphandone and the attendance of senior Vietnamese leaders at the memorial services and ceremonies held in Vientiane and Hanoi. The Lao Prime Minister stressed that such deep feelings and understanding can only exist between close friends, comrades, and brothers.
