此次行动由磅清扬省警方主导，执法人员精准打击了位于磅清扬市的一处民宅。行动中，警方共逮捕21名越南籍、2名中国籍和1名柬埔寨籍嫌犯。现场查获包括手机和电脑在内的大批涉案物品，这些设备被认为是用于实施电信诈骗的重要工具。

此次突袭行动的成功，再次彰显了柬埔寨警方打击电信诈骗犯罪的决心和能力，有效维护了社会治安秩序。
