Anhui Procuratorate Files Public Prosecution Against Duan Xianglin for Suspected Bribery
Recently, the case of Duan Xianglin, former deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Fuyang Normal University, suspected of bribery, was concluded by the Anhui Provincial Supervisory Commission and transferred to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution. Designated by the Anhui Provincial People's Procuratorate, the Chizhou Municipal People's Procuratorate filed a public prosecution with the Chizhou Intermediate People's Court. The case is currently under further investigation.
During the review and prosecution stage, the procuratorial organs informed the defendant Duan Xianglin of his litigation rights, interrogated him according to law, and listened to the opinions of his defense counsel. The Chizhou Municipal People's Procuratorate alleges that the defendant Duan Xianglin, taking advantage of his position, sought benefits for others and illegally accepted property from others, the amount of which was particularly large, and should be held criminally liable for bribery.
Guizhou Procuratorate Files Public Prosecution Against Tian Yan for Suspected Bribery
Recently, the case of Tian Yan (deputy director-general level), former member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the Guizhou Provincial Health Commission, and former Party Secretary and director of the Guizhou Provincial Bureau of Disease Control and Prevention, suspected of bribery, was concluded by the Guizhou Provincial Supervisory Commission and transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution. Designated by the Guizhou Provincial People's Procuratorate, the Anshun Municipal People's Procuratorate filed a public prosecution with the Anshun Intermediate People's Court. The case is currently under further investigation.

The Anshun Municipal People's Procuratorate has filed charges against Tian Yan, alleging that she abused her positions as a member of the Standing Committee of the Tongren Municipal Committee (county-level) and Secretary of the Xieqiao Subdistrict Party Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of the Tongren Municipal Committee (county-level) and Minister of the Publicity Department, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Tongren Municipal Population and Family Planning Commission, Secretary of the Yinjiang County Party Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of the Tongren Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Wanshan District Party Committee, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Guizhou Provincial Health Commission, and Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Guizhou Provincial Bureau of Disease Control and Prevention, to seek benefits for others and illegally accept bribes of an exceptionally large amount. She should be held criminally liable for bribery.

Designated by the Qinghai Provincial People's Procuratorate, the Hainan Prefecture People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution with the Hainan Prefecture Intermediate People's Court. The case is currently under further investigation.
Qinghai Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution against Danzeng for suspected bribery. The Hainan Prefecture People's Procuratorate charged that from 2017 to 2024, the defendant, Danzeng, taking advantage of his positions as Deputy Secretary of the Jianzha County Party Committee and County Head, and Secretary of the Tongren Municipal Party Committee of Huangnan Prefecture, sought benefits for others and illegally accepted bribes of an exceptionally large amount, and should be held criminally liable for bribery.
