The French nation also possesses an indomitable spirit. China and France should be able to understand and respect each other better than other countries.
Macron stated that Dujiangyan boasts beautiful scenery and lush mountains. This water conservancy project, built over two thousand years ago, still functions effectively, a testament to the diligence and wisdom of the Chinese people. Both France and China have long histories and rich cultures, and the people of both countries share a common pursuit of a better life. Franco-Chinese cooperation can jointly promote development and prosperity, benefiting both peoples.
