It is reported that the station, built and managed by the Guangzhou Water Expo Park, is a comprehensive service platform meticulously crafted based on the park's rich ecological and cultural resources, its qualifications as a research and practice education base in Guangdong Province, Guangzhou City, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and its mature public service facilities.
It is understood that the opening of the Guangzhou Ecological and Environmental Volunteer Station, as the first ecological and environmental themed volunteer station in the province, is an important measure to promote Guangzhou's development as a model city for a beautiful China. The station will fully activate the publicity and education function of the Guangzhou New Era Ecological Civilization Construction Theme Hall, building a comprehensive offline service platform integrating ecological education, Party and mass services, and convenient rest areas through a "one hall, one station" model.
