Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – The Fuzhou Airport Immigration Service Station, jointly established by the Fuzhou Airport Border Inspection Station and the Fuzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau's Exit-Entry Administration Branch, was officially opened and put into operation on the 12th in the arrival hall of Fuzhou Changle International Airport.
The service station, based on the actual needs of the frontline at Fuzhou Airport, integrates border inspection and exit-entry administration service resources, aiming to create a comprehensive front-end platform integrating the 12367 service brand promotion, policy publicity, business consultation, and convenient services. It also serves as a preliminary exploration for the future construction of a one-stop comprehensive service center for overseas visitors in Terminal 2 of Fuzhou Changle International Airport.
The reporter learned that the service station consists of four parts: a central publicity area, a comprehensive publicity area with a backdrop, a smart service area, a border inspection area, and a visa service corner. The two publicity areas display brochures and legal information related to immigration management policies, as well as localized information such as travel guides and transportation maps; focusing on the publicity of immigration management policies and the display of work achievements, introducing convenient measures. At the same time, a display screen is set up to continuously play government news from the National Immigration Administration, local border inspection and public security departments, and promotional videos of local cultural and tourism policies. According to Zhu Minjie, Deputy Director of the Border Inspection Department of Fuzhou Airport Border Inspection Station, the intelligent service area is equipped with smart devices such as border inspection entry and exit record certificate printers and self-service declaration terminals for accommodation of foreign nationals, for inbound passengers to use independently.
The border inspection area is mainly responsible for promoting the National Immigration Administration's 12367 service brand, providing professional consultation services on border inspection policies and procedures, answering questions raised by passengers on-site, and initially accepting opinions and suggestions from the public and inbound and outbound personnel regarding border inspection work; it also collects and registers the document information and biometric data of those applying for fast-track clearance.
The visa service corner primarily provides foreign travelers arriving in Fuzhou with precise guidance and attentive services for "immediate access upon arrival." Through pre-application processing and consultation, it effectively alleviates pressure on the immigration service hall, reducing repeated trips due to incomplete materials or unclear procedures. This allows for single-trip or even no-trip registration of accommodation for foreign nationals from home, improving overall processing efficiency. The corner also promotes talent attraction and cross-strait integration, providing clear and convenient policy channels for foreigners investing, starting businesses, and working in China, thereby enhancing the city's competitiveness in attracting overseas talent and investment.
