Chinese Premier Li Qiang attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Approximately 1,800 political and business leaders, representatives of international organizations, and academic elites from over 90 countries and regions participated.
Themed "Scaling Innovation," this year's forum focused on cutting-edge topics such as artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, clean energy, and biotechnology. The forum released several authoritative research reports, including the "Energy Transition Index" and the "Top Ten Emerging Technologies," providing references for global industrial development and economic recovery.
Alois Zwinggi, President and CEO of the World Economic Forum, stated at the forum that the global economy currently faces challenges such as geopolitical tensions, technological change, and divergent growth. He emphasized that all parties should take a long-term perspective and build a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable future through multilateral cooperation.
