Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – Dalian Customs announced on December 31, 2025, that 430 kilograms of fresh "First Love" strawberries from Dandong were successfully cleared through the "Express Fresh" green channel at Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport. They were subsequently exported to Singapore via an international flight. This marks the first time fresh strawberry products have been exported from Dalian Airport.

Compared to traditional red strawberries, "First Love" strawberries are entirely white, with low acidity and high sweetness, and a peach aroma. In recent years, white strawberries, with their unique flavor and differentiated advantages, have gradually become a representative of high-end fruits and a "new favorite" in the international market.

"White strawberries are more delicate than red strawberries, with extremely thin skins that are not resistant to transportation. During transport, even slight misregulation of temperature or humidity can easily lead to rotting, spoilage, or damage to their appearance," said Meng Xiangguo, manager of Donggang Nongdao Agricultural and Forestry Technology Co., Ltd. He explained that because there are no direct flights from Dalian to Singapore, previously exported goods had to be transported to southern ports before being exported, resulting in long distances and high costs. This time, exporting directly from Dalian and transshipping through a third country to Singapore not only speeds up the transportation process but also significantly reduces costs.

To open a new export channel for fresh strawberries from Dalian Airport, Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport Customs proactively learned about enterprises' export plans and customs clearance needs, facilitated smooth communication and cooperation with local customs, and used the "Customs Clearance e-Operation" digital platform to track the entire customs clearance process in real time. Utilizing service platforms such as the "Customs-Enterprise Coordination Platform," "Problem Clearance," and the "One-Stop Service" hotline, they resolved issues encountered by enterprises during customs clearance promptly. Simultaneously, a "Fast Fresh" green channel was opened, implementing a "pre-appointment document review - immediate inspection - immediate release" supervision model and a 24/7 inspection appointment system to ensure efficient customs clearance.
