  Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – Reporters learned from Beijing Capital International Airport on the 26th that the airport's passenger volume is expected to exceed 70 million this year.

  Zhao Ying, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Capital International Airport Co., Ltd., introduced that in 2025, benefiting from various favorable national policies and Beijing's urban attractiveness, the airport's core aviation business will maintain a good growth momentum, with the total number of flights expected to reach 430,000 and passenger volume soon exceeding 70 million.

  Since the beginning of this year, Beijing Capital International Airport, in conjunction with airlines, has launched or increased the frequency of several international routes to destinations such as Male, Oslo, Phnom Penh, and Moscow, providing passengers with more and better travel options. As of now, the airport's route network covers 225 destinations in 57 countries, including 97 international and regional destinations, and the number of intercontinental destinations has increased to 52, ranking first in the country. On November 10th, the airport's international and regional passenger throughput exceeded the total for 2024 52 days ahead of schedule, and is expected to exceed 17 million passengers for the whole year.

  Zhao Ying stated that Beijing Capital International Airport, leveraging its core location in the northern Asia-Pacific region, will continue to upgrade its route network. In the future, it will introduce new airlines, promote new routes to popular destinations such as Abu Dhabi and Tbilisi, increase flight frequencies to destinations like Brussels and Munich, and capitalize on the visa-free entry policy to consolidate its advantages in the European market.
