As the first top-level annual event in the field of AI computing created by Photosynthesis Organization, the conference, themed "Independent and Controllable, Pooling Efforts," launched its first AI computing open architecture innovation achievements and conducted in-depth discussions on technological innovation, application scenarios, and ecosystem construction, building a new blueprint for an open computing ecosystem.

Photosynthesis Organization is an industrial ecosystem consortium led by Hygon Information Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on domestically developed general-purpose computing platforms. It aims to unite upstream and downstream enterprises, universities, and research institutes in the industry chain to conduct collaborative technological research and development and build a full-chain innovation system.
Li Jun, Director of the National Advanced Computing Industry Innovation Center, believes that in the future, the market needs open, efficient, secure, and stable intelligent computing infrastructure. Photosynthesis Organization will further strengthen collaborative R&D with partners and improve the system's competitiveness through differentiated products. Simultaneously, a number of joint laboratories and regional "Artificial Intelligence Industry Technology Innovation Centers" oriented towards industry applications will be established to promote the implementation of integrated hardware and software intelligent computing systems, helping members of the Guanghe Organization to "cultivate expertise" in niche markets and provide more value to customers.
According to Ren Jingyang, Secretary-General of the Guanghe Organization, the core of this conference lies in "openness." By bringing together manufacturers working independently to form a cluster of innovation, single-point technological breakthroughs are upgraded to system-wide breakthroughs, thereby enabling advanced technologies such as AI to enter various industries.
As the host city of the event, Kunshan boasts a strong industrial base and is one of China's strongest industrial counties (prefecture-level cities). This year, its total industrial output above designated size is expected to exceed 1.3 trillion yuan. Currently, Kunshan is transforming from an electronics and information powerhouse to an artificial intelligence hub, actively promoting AI-driven digital transformation for its 35,000 industrial enterprises. 2,818 large-scale industrial enterprises have already achieved "intelligent transformation, digital conversion, and network connectivity."
Chen Liyan, Secretary of the Kunshan Municipal Party Committee, stated that Kunshan boasts a strong industrial foundation, abundant application scenarios, solid support platforms, and plentiful talent resources. In particular, since strategically developing its artificial intelligence (AI) industry chain, a number of high-quality AI projects have been established in Kunshan. Currently, Kunshan is planning and constructing the 6-square-kilometer Nansong Lake Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park, striving to become a national leading area for AI computing power R&D and intelligent manufacturing. She warmly welcomes enterprises to invest in Kunshan and become the "best partners" for Kunshan's industrial development.
During the event, the AI innovation achievements of the Photosynthesis Organization were released. The first batch of collaborative innovation plans for the AI Computing Open Architecture Joint Laboratory and the joint scientific and intelligent research initiative were launched simultaneously.
