That morning, five foreign nationals received their work permits and residence permits at the "Foreign Affairs Service Area" in the Yangpu Economic Development Zone's government service hall. The Hainan Free Trade Port has implemented joint review and processing for permit issuance, eliminating the need for foreign nationals to make multiple trips; the entire process can be completed in as little as four days.
