Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – On the 4th, the Chongqing Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) released a list of 66 "Four-Chain" integration projects of municipal state-owned enterprises (SOEs), with a planned total investment exceeding 2.7 billion yuan. Nearly half of the projects have significant needs for bank loans and industrial funds, and are expected to release substantial investment dividends and comprehensive effects.

The above information was revealed at the Chongqing Municipal SOE Science and Technology Innovation Promotion Conference held on the same day. This is the third batch of "Four-Chain" integration projects released by the Chongqing SASAC.

Since October 2024, Chongqing's SOEs have gathered resources from all parties and successively released two batches of 205 "Four-Chain" integration projects, achieving significant results in key core technology breakthroughs, industrialization of innovative achievements, and strategic emerging industry layout. After rigorous review, 188 projects were formally approved, with a total investment of 4.79 billion yuan. As of now, 35 projects have been completed and put into operation, with an investment exceeding 2.7 billion yuan; 143 projects are progressing according to plan.

The third batch of municipal state-owned enterprises' "Four Chains" integration projects includes 15 projects serving the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, such as the "Highway Electrification Corridor Construction," covering logistics and intercity railways, which are expected to reduce regional logistics costs by about 10% annually. Seven projects serving the construction of the Western Land-Sea New Corridor include the "Digital Intelligent Transportation Construction and Management Model," covering new energy logistics vehicle R&D and special electrolyte production, which are expected to generate economic benefits exceeding 1 billion yuan.

Sixteen projects serving the governance of Chongqing's mega-city, such as the "Lingji Smart City Model," cover AI city brain and smart drainage monitoring scenarios, providing new approaches to the modern governance of megacities driven by data, empowered by scenarios, and supported by AI.

The third batch of municipal state-owned enterprises' "Four Chains" integration projects is largely driven by technological innovation, providing support for technological breakthroughs in more key areas. In the high-end equipment sector, eight projects, such as "High-Speed Precision Angular Contact Ball Bearings," focus on the localization of intelligent equipment and tackling extreme working conditions, with a planned total investment of 530 million yuan. In the field of next-generation information technology, nine projects, including the "Integrated Digital Asset Management Platform," are planned, focusing on intelligent big data models, digital management platforms, and smart service systems, with a total planned investment of approximately 600 million yuan. These projects will form multiple core solutions for technological applications.

Against the backdrop of the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, developing the artificial intelligence industry and technology, and promoting digital and intelligent transformation, has become an inevitable trend for the future development of enterprises. This conference also released 11 typical application cases of artificial intelligence from Chongqing's state-owned enterprises and the third batch of digital and intelligent application scenarios for these enterprises.

Currently, Chongqing's state-owned enterprises are exploring and practicing the application of artificial intelligence in production, operation, and management, achieving initial results in areas such as urban governance, public services, intelligent manufacturing, financial services, and cultural dissemination, providing new practical paths for the innovative application of artificial intelligence.
