Southeast Asia Information Harbor News (www.dnyxxg.com) November 17, 2025 – Yaoyou Satellite Network (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Cambodian company IG Anachak Tech Pte Ltd jointly announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on market expansion and joint development of satellite communication solutions in Southeast Asia.
According to the MOU, Yaoyou Satellite Network, a high-tech enterprise specializing in satellite communication technology, will partner with IG Anachak Tech, a technology solutions integration and development group headquartered in Cambodia. Initially focusing on Cambodia, the collaboration will gradually expand to the entire Mekong River region market, jointly exploring opportunities for the implementation of satellite communication and related high-potential technologies.
The cooperation will revolve around three main areas: In joint marketing and development, IG Anachak Tech will act as Yaoyou Satellite Network's regional partner, promoting the marketing and sales of satellite communication and smart city solutions in Southeast Asia. Leveraging its local capabilities and industry ecosystem, the collaboration will jointly develop and localize applicable solutions for key industries. In terms of regional services and R&D, Yaoyou Satellite Network will support IG Anachak Tech in establishing an after-sales service system, including technical support and maintenance, through technical training, technology transfer, and joint projects, to improve customer satisfaction and promote joint R&D. Furthermore, the two parties will explore the possibility of establishing a satellite communication product manufacturing facility in Cambodia to form a regional distribution hub.
