  Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – The 15th Anhui International Cultural Tourism Festival opened in Huangshan City on the evening of the 15th. At the event, 16 cultural tourism industry projects were signed, with a total investment of 12.4 billion yuan, covering sectors such as resorts, health and wellness, and cultural and creative industries.

  Simultaneously, the Anhui Provincial People's Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Tourism Group Co., Ltd.; the Anhui Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism also signed strategic cooperation agreements with several enterprises.

  The Anhui International Cultural Tourism Festival has become an important platform for international exchange and cooperation in the province's cultural tourism sector, gathering innovative elements, showcasing Anhui's image, and promoting mutual learning among civilizations.

  This year's Anhui International Cultural Tourism Festival includes a series of activities such as the Inbound Tourism Conference, the 2025 Overseas Chinese Media Tour of Anhui, the Technology-Enabled Cultural Tourism Development Elements Matching Conference, and the Cultural Tourism Industry Chain Matching Conference, attracting approximately 800 guests, including ambassadors to China from various countries, heads of international tourism organizations, key domestic and foreign travel agents and investors, and representatives of overseas Chinese media.

  South Korea is the guest of honor at this year's Anhui International Cultural Tourism Festival. Kim Young-joon, Consul General of the Republic of Korea in Shanghai, stated that Anhui is one of China's most representative provinces in terms of tourism resources. As South Korea-China relations deepen and become more practical in various fields such as trade and culture, exchanges between enterprises and people of the two countries will become increasingly close and active.

  Shih Ming-teh, Chairman of the Pacific Asia Travel Association, believes that the global tourism industry will enter a "restart mode" in 2025, and China's inbound tourism performance can be described as the "king of the year's comeback."

  Data from the Anhui Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism shows that in the first nine months of this year, Anhui's inbound tourist arrivals and international tourism revenue increased by 62.9% and 53.6% year-on-year, respectively.

  In recent years, Anhui has continuously promoted the deep integration of distinctive regional cultures such as Huizhou culture, Yangtze River culture, Huai River culture, Grand Canal culture, and Huangmei Opera culture with tourism, developing all-for-one tourism and striving to make cultural tourism a pillar industry.

  Shao Yuanyuan, Editor-in-Chief of the Brazilian Chinese Network, believes that the strong rise of Chinese new energy vehicle brands in Brazil has won widespread recognition for "Chinese quality," which is an important opportunity for Anhui's cultural tourism to go global. (End)
