Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) February 2nd, the "Guangdong Goods Go Global, Zhanjiang Products Enter Changsha" event was held in Changsha. Riding the wave of the "Guangdong Goods Go Global" spring campaign, a host of Zhanjiang's finest products, including golden pomfret, prawns, Zhanjiang chicken, volcanic sweet potatoes, and small appliances, traveled from the South China Sea coast to the banks of the Xiangjiang River for a "fresh and spicy rendezvous."

Zhanjiang, Guangdong, is a major agricultural and maritime city. The city boasts approximately 6.32 million mu of arable land and nearly 2,000 kilometers of coastline. Its total fishery output has ranked first in Guangdong for 30 consecutive years. Its unique tropical and subtropical natural endowments have nurtured a rich variety of delicious products.

This event, using "Zhanjiang products" as a platform, aimed to build a bridge for exchange and cooperation between Hunan and Guangdong, bringing Zhanjiang's high-quality products and coastal charm to the people of Changsha, and jointly contributing to the prosperity of the regional consumer market.

The "Zhanjiang Delicacies Corridor" exhibition area was bustling with visitors, who lined up to sample agricultural products with Zhanjiang flavors. Specialty seafood such as golden pomfret, Zhanjiang oysters, and whelks won unanimous praise for their fresh and sweet taste. "I've never seen such a big whelk before; it tastes great," said Ms. Liu, a resident of Changsha.

Representatives from agricultural, fishery, and food companies from Zhanjiang and Changsha signed a "1+1" production and sales agreement to promote "Zhanjiang Products" in the Changsha market.

At the event, the Zhanjiang Football Association exchanged jerseys and footballs with the Changsha and Yongzhou Football Associations, using sports as a medium to further promote cultural exchange and deepen friendship between the two cities. "Changsha and Zhanjiang, though separated by thousands of miles, are connected by mountains and rivers, share a common cultural heritage, and are bound by friendship," said Zhou Zhikai, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Mayor of Changsha Municipal People's Government. He warmly welcomed Zhanjiang entrepreneurs to establish themselves in Changsha, bringing more high-quality agricultural and marine specialties, as well as unique cultural and tourism resources, to share the enormous potential of Changsha's consumer market.

"We earnestly hope that all parties will take this event as an opportunity to jointly deepen economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation, and jointly create a bright future of mutual benefit and win-win results," said Wu Guoxiong, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Mayor of Zhanjiang Municipal People's Government.
