Looking at the voting results across different regions, several provinces showed outstanding voter turnout. Lao Cai province led with a 91.95% turnout, followed by Ha Tinh, Lai Chau, and Dien Bien provinces with 91.72%, 89.90%, and 87.18% respectively. Meanwhile, several polling districts have completed all voting, achieving a 100% turnout, including Bach Long Vi Special District in Hai Phong City, 27 communes in Tuyen Quang Province, 5 communes in Lai Chau Province, 60 polling districts in Hanoi City, 420 polling districts in Gia Lai Province, and 441 polling districts in Bac Ninh Province.
According to information compiled by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, all election opening ceremonies were held in accordance with laws and regulations, and were conducted solemnly, seriously, and safely throughout, creating a positive atmosphere of jubilation, excitement, trust, and pride among the people. At 7:00 AM on the same day, all election groups across the country held unified opening ceremonies; however, due to special circumstances such as geographical characteristics, concentrated voter distribution, and armed forces deployment, some individual polling districts completed their opening ceremonies earlier than 7:00 AM.

Almost all polling districts had representatives from Party committees, governments, the Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, as well as local elderly voters in attendance. In provinces such as An Giang, Quang Ninh, Quang Tri, Nghe An, and Bac Ninh, several voters over 100 years old personally went to cast their ballots, exercising their civic rights through their actions. Of particular note are the presence of party and state leaders in some polling districts who attended the opening ceremony, delivered speeches, and cast their first votes: General Secretary To Lam voted in polling district 2 of Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi; National Assembly President Tran Thanh Man voted in polling district 14 of Huc Mon Commune, Ho Chi Minh City; President Leong Cuong voted in polling district 26 of Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi; and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh voted in polling district 21 of Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi.
It is reported that traffic around polling districts across the country was generally smooth on election day, with no congestion or security incidents affecting voter travel or election organization; communication systems functioned normally, and data collection and reporting were timely and efficient, providing strong support for the guidance and control of the election work.
Regarding the weather, overall weather conditions across the country were favorable for election organization. A few areas experienced light rain, but this did not affect voter turnout or the overall progress of voting. The atmosphere on election day was enthusiastic, with voters participating with joy and excitement, fully exercising their civic rights and obligations, trusting the candidates' abilities and qualities, and expressing confidence in the success of this election for National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels.
