The 10th session of the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam enters its final week.

  Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) reports that during the final week of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam (December 8-11, 2025), the National Assembly will vote on and pass several important laws and resolutions.

  The laws to be passed by the National Assembly include: the revised Law on Tax Administration; the revised Law on Individual Income Tax; the Law on Frugality and Anti-Waste; the revised Law on Planning; the revised Law on Deposit Insurance; the Law on Population; the Law on Disease Prevention and Control; the Law on Amendments and Supplements to Several Articles of the Law on Technology Transfer; the Law on Cybersecurity; the Law on the Protection of State Secrets (revised); amendments and supplements to certain articles of 10 laws related to security and order; amendments and supplements to certain articles of the Law on Defense Industry; the revised Law on Supervision Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils; the Law on E-commerce; amendments and supplements to certain articles of the Law on Education; the revised Law on Vocational Education; and the revised Law on Higher Education.

  The resolutions to be passed by the National Assembly include: a resolution on the results of a special oversight of the implementation of environmental protection policies and laws since the enactment of the Environmental Protection Law in 2020; a National Assembly resolution on several special mechanisms and policies for improving the efficiency of international cooperation; a National Assembly resolution on approving agreements in the diplomatic field proposed by the President; a resolution on adjusting the National Master Plan for 2021–2030 and the Vision to 2050; a National Assembly resolution on several mechanisms and policies for resolving difficulties and obstacles encountered in the implementation of the Land Law; a resolution on the investment policy for the Giapeng International Airport construction project; a National Assembly resolution on several special and priority mechanisms and policies for implementing breakthrough development in education and training; and a resolution on the investment policy for the National Target Plan for Modernizing and Improving the Quality of Education and Training for 2026–2035, etc.

  In the final working week, the National Assembly will discuss: the work reports of the President of the Supreme People's Court and the Procurator-General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate; the work on crime and illegal activities prevention and control in 2025; the enforcement of judgments; anti-corruption work; the results of oversight of the handling of suggestions made by voters during the Ninth Session of the 15th National Assembly; and the handling of citizen visits, petitions, complaints, and accusations in 2025.
