Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) Recently, the Xi'an Municipal Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association (CNDCA) held a 2026 work planning meeting. The meeting thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches at the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, earnestly studied the communique of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC and the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 8th Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the CNDCA, and planned key tasks for 2026. Xiao Hongliang, Chairman of the Municipal Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Zeng Jie, full-time Vice Chairman, attended the meeting.
The meeting conducted in-depth discussions on the completion of the 2025 goals and tasks, existing shortcomings, and the 2026 work plan and suggestions. All staff members exchanged experiences, sorted out ideas, and put forward suggestions based on their work, further clarifying the annual work goals and formulating a list of key tasks.
The meeting emphasized that 2026 is the opening year for the full implementation of the "15th Five-Year Plan," and the Xi'an Municipal Committee of the CNDCA must continue to strengthen ideological and political guidance and constantly improve its political stance. We must prioritize political awareness, taking the study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions as our primary political task. This should be combined with studying the Constitution of the China National Democratic Construction Association (CNDCA) and carrying forward the CNDCA's fine traditions, ensuring that our thoughts and actions are aligned with the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee, and continuously improving our political judgment, understanding, and execution. We must focus on the central tasks and overall situation, scientifically planning our performance of duties. We must unite and lead all grassroots organizations and CNDCA members throughout the city, closely focusing on the central work of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, conducting in-depth investigations and research based on our own positions, actively offering suggestions and advice, and effectively improving the quality and efficiency of our participation in government and political affairs. We must strengthen the implementation of responsibilities and ensure that all tasks are effectively implemented. We must further clarify the political organ's positioning, effectively leveraging the Municipal Committee's role as a hub for coordination, service, and support, continuously enhancing our service awareness, improving work standards, optimizing work processes, and focusing on addressing shortcomings and weaknesses to provide solid support for the Municipal Committee's efficient performance of its duties.
