Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – According to the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision: With the approval of the Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has filed a case for investigation into the serious disciplinary and legal violations of Zhang Shuren, former Vice Chairman of the Shangqiu Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and former Director of the Shangqiu Municipal Health Commission.
The investigation revealed that Zhang Shuren had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspirations and mission, was disloyal and dishonest to the Party, and resisted organizational review; he disregarded the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, accepted gifts that could influence the impartial performance of his official duties, borrowed housing and vehicles from those he managed and served, and accepted travel arrangements that could influence the impartial performance of his official duties; he failed to truthfully explain the issues to the organization when questioned, used his power to seek personnel benefits for others and accepted money; he breached the bottom line of integrity, had others pay expenses that should have been paid by himself, obtained large returns through private lending, and engaged in illegal profit-making activities; he engaged in large-scale power-for-money transactions, using his position to seek benefits for others in project contracting and employee recruitment and illegally accepting property in particularly large amounts.
Zhang Shuren seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, and integrity discipline, constituting serious job-related violations and suspected bribery crimes. Moreover, he showed no restraint after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, making his actions serious in nature and having a negative impact, warranting severe punishment. Based on the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Sanctions for Public Officials," after deliberation by the Standing Committee of the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and approval by the Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, it was decided to expel Zhang Shuren from the Party; cancel his benefits as stipulated; confiscate his illegal gains; and transfer his suspected crimes to the procuratorial organs for investigation and prosecution according to law, with all related assets transferred as well.
