  Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – On March 31, 2026, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the Sanya Tourism Development Bureau of China signed a Letter of Intent for Joint Destination Promotion at the China Cultural Center in Bangkok, formally establishing a long-term cultural and tourism cooperation framework. This signing ceremony was a key part of the Thailand-Sanya Tourism Promotion Press Conference.

  Ms. Sirigesanong Trirattanasongpol, Executive Director of East Asia for the Tourism Authority of Thailand, and Ms. Nan Ma, Deputy Director of the Sanya Tourism Development Bureau, represented their respective parties at the signing ceremony.

  The Letter of Intent clarifies the core areas of cooperation between the two parties: promoting two-way tourist exchanges, conducting joint international marketing, collaboratively developing tourism products and routes, and facilitating exchanges among cultural and tourism KOLs and opinion leaders. In 2026, both parties will leverage new media platforms to deepen cooperation, optimize tourism connectivity and travel convenience, and contribute to steady growth in tourist traffic and enhance the tourist experience.

  This collaboration further demonstrates the Tourism Authority of Thailand's commitment to sustainable growth through two-way tourism, deepening international partnerships, enhancing cultural exchanges between Thailand and Sanya, and revitalizing the tourism markets of both cities.
