Representatives from the governments of Laos, Thailand, and China, tourism channel operators, chamber of commerce delegations, and representatives from surrounding villages and towns gathered to appreciate the achievements of the special economic zone's transformation and its cultural and tourism charm.

During the two-day trip, the delegation visited cultural landmarks such as Cotton Island and Wat Thongti, experiencing Laos's rich historical heritage; they also surveyed commercial projects such as the Golden Dragon Mountain Golf Resort and the Starlight Night Market, directly experiencing the vibrant commercial life of the special economic zone's diverse cultural integration.
