According to the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission, in 2025, discipline inspection and supervision organs nationwide received over 40,200 leads or reports involving discipline inspection and supervision cadres, handled over 35,000 such leads, conducted interviews and inquiries with 10,840 discipline inspection and supervision cadres, filed cases against 4,119 cadres, disciplined 3,763, and transferred 234 to judicial organs. Among those disciplined were 4 provincial-level cadres, 116 bureau-level cadres, and 746 county-level cadres.
Discipline inspection and supervision organs nationwide used the "four forms of discipline enforcement" to criticize, educate, and handle discipline inspection and supervision cadres over 13,900 times. Specifically, the first form was used for criticism, education, and handling 9,937 times; the second form for handling 3,217 times; the third form for handling 465 times; and the fourth form for handling 282 times.
