Southeast Asia Information Port News (www.dnyxxg.com) – To implement the important consensus reached at the meeting between President Xi Jinping and President Putin, and to consolidate and deepen the comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era between China and Russia, Finance Minister Lan Fo'an and Russian Finance Minister Siluanov co-chaired the 11th China-Russia Finance Ministers' Dialogue in Beijing on November 4, 2025. The two sides held in-depth discussions on macroeconomic situation and policies, local fiscal management practices, think tank exchanges, and cooperation between China and Russia within the financial channels of the G20 and BRICS, as well as multilateral financial institutions, reaching several consensuses. Officials from the finance departments of both countries attended.
Prior to the dialogue, Minister Lan Fo'an and Minister Siluanov held bilateral talks, exchanging views on issues of common concern.
