Liu Haixing stated that in 2022, President Xi Jinping paid a historic visit to Thailand, reaching important consensus with Thai leaders on building a China-Thailand community with a shared future, which charted the course for the development of bilateral relations. Chaiya stated that the friendship between Thailand and China has a long history, and cooperation between the two countries in various fields has yielded fruitful results. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and China. The delegation's visit aims to promote friendly exchanges and cooperation between Thailand and China in various fields such as legislation, social governance, and culture, jointly consolidating the political foundation of bilateral relations. Thailand congratulates the successful convening of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the adoption of the "15th Five-Year Plan" proposal, admiring the CPC's leadership in achieving rapid economic and social development in China, particularly in poverty alleviation and technological innovation, making China a world leader in the economy.
