  Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – On November 4, 2025, Liu Haixing, Minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), met in Beijing with a cross-party delegation of parliamentarians led by Chaiya Jutanugarn, leader of the Pheu Thai Party and First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of Thailand.

  Liu Haixing stated that in 2022, President Xi Jinping paid a historic visit to Thailand, reaching important consensus with Thai leaders on building a China-Thailand community with a shared future, which charted the course for the development of bilateral relations. Last week, President Xi Jinping successfully met with Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul during the 32nd APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting, reiterating that China and Thailand are good neighbors, good friends, good relatives, and good partners. The CPC is willing to work with all political parties in Thailand to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, strengthen exchanges at all levels, deepen exchanges of experience in governance, and promote pragmatic cooperation, youth exchanges, and people-to-people connectivity through party channels, thereby continuously developing bilateral relations. Liu Haixing introduced the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, stating that the session sent a clear and unequivocal signal of China's commitment to open cooperation and mutual benefit, bringing significant benefits to Thailand and neighboring countries. China is willing to work hand in hand with Thailand and other neighboring countries to jointly achieve the goal of national prosperity and strength.

  Chaiya stated that the friendship between Thailand and China has a long history, and cooperation between the two countries in various fields has yielded fruitful results. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and China. The delegation's visit aims to promote friendly exchanges and cooperation between Thailand and China in various fields such as legislation, social governance, and culture, jointly consolidating the political foundation of bilateral relations. Thailand congratulates the successful convening of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the adoption of the "15th Five-Year Plan" proposal, admiring the CPC's leadership in achieving rapid economic and social development in China, particularly in poverty alleviation and technological innovation, making China a world leader in the economy. Thailand is willing to maintain high-level exchanges with China, continuously deepen cooperation in areas such as trade, tourism, and connectivity, and strengthen exchanges at all levels, including legislative bodies and political parties.
